The Nomad’s Cup draws inspiration from Marco Polo’s travels and his encounters with new flavours by incorporating a sense of adventure, an emphasis on culture and history, and attention to detail.
The Nomad’s Cup sources fair-trade coffees and teas while embracing cultures, stories, and traditions from around the world - including Africa, Asia, and South America.
The colour pallet is minimal, with beiges and browns that serve as a reminder of the Gobi Desert that Marco Polo had crossed on his adventures. To further tell that story, the logo is a Bactrian Camel with coffee beans as humps. The details on the body are fluid and swirling, much like the swirl of cream being added to a cup of freshly brewed espresso.
Each package has an oil painting of the landscape where the product is from, inspired by antiquity and world travel. Most products are named after specific places aside from the Dragonwell Tea, which is grown in the Hangzhou region of China.
